JY01 High-speed drinking straw extrusion machine
JY01 series extruding line is the machine to produce the straight drinking straws which consists of extruding device, cooling device, cutting device and electrical control device. These machines are able to produce transparent, single-color, double-color, tri-color, and multi-color straight straws, of which the processes are melting, extruding, shaping, cooling, pulling and cutting. The performance of this series is top notch with a length error within ±1mm.

1.Simple structure, easy-to-operate, highly-automation, one operator can operate two lines.
2.Multi-choice for the cut-end 90°/90°、90°/45°、90°/60°、/45°/45°、60°/60°.
